Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at andrew@surfcitycycles.co.uk. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can put it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at andrew@surfcitycycles.co.uk.
