Orders & Shipping:
1. Where do you ship to?
I currently ship across the UK, with plans to expand to Europe and internationally soon. Stay tuned!
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! There is free shipping available on all UK orders over £50.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order has an issue, drop me an email at andrew@surfcitycycles.co.uk with your order number, and I’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Products & Sustainability:
6. What materials do you use?
I prioritise sustainable, ethical production and fair labour practices, using organic cotton and recycled fabrics to create our clothing.
7. How should I care for my Surf City Cycles gear?
To keep your gear fresh, wash at 30°C, avoid tumble drying, and use eco-friendly detergents when possible.
8. Where are your products made?
Everything is created in Newquay, Cornwall and I use UK suppliers who provide products from ethical manufacturers and Fair Wear suppliers to ensure high-quality production with fair labour practices. In the future, I will be working with UK manufacturers.
Sizing & Returns:
9. How do I find the right size?
I am working on a detailed sizing guide for each product, in the meantime, feel free to message me for personalized recommendations.
10. What if my item doesn’t fit?
No worries! I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days if the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Community & Collaborations:
11. How can I get involved in Surf City Cycles events?
Follow Surf City Cycles on Instagram for updates on pop-ups, markets, and special events like the Annual Shindig. I am working on several projects that will be launched throughout the year.
12. Do you collaborate with artists and creators?
Yes! I love working with like-minded creatives. If you have an idea, get in touch at andrew@surfcitycycles.co.uk
13. Do you sponsor riders or ambassadors?
Not currently, but I am working on an affiliate program for the future. If you’re interested in working with Surf City Cycles, send me a message with your story and once I’m ready to launch the affiliate program I’ll be in touch.
