Welcome to The Garage: The Heart of Surf City Cycles

Welcome to The Garage.

Every great (mis)adventure starts with an idea, and every idea needs a place to take shape. That's where The Garage comes in - a space to talk shop, dream big, and map out the next misadventure. Planning the next session, hitting the road, your favourite trail, and potentially a performance, or figuring out what's next for Surf City Cycles. This is where the ideas take form.

Why The Garage?

The garage isn’t just where I park the bikes, or the next project that will gather dust for a while or stash boards, these are kept safe and warm at HQ. It’s where the real work happens—the fine-tuning, the late-night tinkering, the last-minute fixes. It’s where stories start, where friends gather, and where the best ideas are born. And that’s exactly what I want this blog to be: a place to share the misadventures, reflect on the past, and what’s next.

What’s Shaking?

This isn’t just another brand blog. The Garage is where I’ll talk about and hopefully get a few people in to talk about their own stories

  • Stories from the road – A surf mission gone sideways or a ride that turned into something unforgettable, I’ll do my best to share the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
  • Gear talk – Updates on new designs, product tweaks, what I use, and why I make things the way we do.
  • Sustainability & ethics – The real conversations behind trying to produce clothing that lasts and does right by the planet.
  • Behind the scenes – A look at what’s happening at Surf City Cycles and what’s coming next.
  • Community & collaboration – Spotlights on the people who inspire me, from creatives and local legends who are living life their way.

Get Involved!

Surf City Cycles isn’t just a brand—it’s a mindset, a community, a way of looking at the world.

So grab a coffee (or a beer), settle in, and let’s start planning the next great misadventure.
